Our raw coffee bean suppliers are sourced with quality and freshness being the utmost priority. We work with our suppliers making sure our coffee blends start with the best specialty grade beans available to allow our blending processes to capture the taste we are so proud off.
Being a boutique roaster we slow roast the coffee beans to create premium blends that stand out with taste and aroma bringing out the best qualities in the coffee. Our slow roasting can take us half an hour to roast per batch ensuring the flavour and body of the beans has time to develop.
